Still Stands the House (2008)

Still Stands the House (2008) is a one act by Gwen Pharis Ringwood,one of the most performed and anthologized works in the history of Canadian theatre. This theatrical piece was directed by Sahar Sajadieh at Dorothy Somerset Studio, UBC, in 2008. The theatrical piece was staged using Vsevolod Meyerhold’s style of directing in his directorial approach employed for the production of Gogol’s “Inspector General”. The cast in this play include: Parjad Sharifi, Shaghayegh MohamadAli, and Alana Green.
